Someone to welcome you.
We plan to have a host during staffed hours to show you around, answer questions, and introduce you to other members if you’d like.
OUR FUTURE HOME · SOUTHFIELD–LATHRUP VILLAGE
A neighborhood workspace you join by the month.
We’re shaping a place to do your work, meet clients, and get to know the people beside you.
In development. Joining the list is free; no payment or commitment.

A monthly membership.
Somewhere to work regularly.
Quiet when you need it.
Separate places for calls and focus.
A familiar welcome.
People you get to know over time.
THE IDEA, SIMPLY
Pay monthly to use a shared workspace as part of your regular week. Our plan brings together a work lounge, quiet room, bookable call and meeting spaces, and coffee and tea.
Use it as your regular place to work or come in a few days a week. You wouldn’t need to lease an office of your own.

INTERIOR CONCEPT · NOT A FINAL FLOOR PLANHOW IS IT DIFFERENT FROM COWORKING?
It is a form of coworking: you share space rather than rent a private office. We’re planning a smaller, hosted setting connected to the Social Club, with separate areas for quiet work and conversation.
We plan to have a host during staffed hours to show you around, answer questions, and introduce you to other members if you’d like.
Calls and meetings would have bookable spaces of their own. The gathering room would be separate from the daily workspace.
Meet people through the Social Club while the workspace is in development. A physical home would give us somewhere to see each other during the week, too.
Coworking spaces vary, and many offer community too. These are our design priorities; final features and staffing will depend on the location.
EXTERIOR CONCEPT

A SEPARATE ROOM TO GATHER
The Good Room is our proposed space for workshops, team days, dinners, and private gatherings. Separate booking and acoustic separation are part of the plan, to keep event noise out of the workspace.

MEMBERSHIP IDEAS · FOR YOUR FEEDBACK
We’re testing what people would use and pay for. These are starting points for feedback, not memberships for sale.
Shared work lounge, quiet area, bookable call booths, coffee and tea. Planned member access: 6am–10pm, with staffed hours to be confirmed.
Tell us you’re interested ↗Workspace access plus four meeting-room hours each month. Room hours are subject to availability and do not roll over.
Explore the idea ↗Founding offer under consideration: the first 50 workspace members at $149/month for their first 12 paid months after opening, then the standard rate. Interest now does not reserve a place or lock a price.
Tell us how you work. Three quick questions help us shape the space; extra feedback is optional. No location or opening date is confirmed. Joining the list doesn’t reserve a membership or price.
Help shape it & join the waitlist ↗You can join the Social Club today without waiting for the space.
PARTNERSHIPS & RESOURCES
We’re looking for people and organizations interested in helping develop the workspace.
That might be a property connection, furnishings, construction expertise, an employer partnership, or a useful introduction.
An invitation to connect, not an offer of investment terms. No funds or commitments are being accepted through this form.
