Work through a business problem with Johnny B. Gaines III.
You might be testing an idea, rewriting your offer, or spending too much time on follow-up. We’ll work on the task together and show you how AI can help where it fits.
No technical background needed. Start with the problem you want help with.
START WHERE YOU ARE
What are you working through?
EXPLORING AN IDEA
Test your idea.
Work through who it could help, what problem it solves, and what you need to learn before investing more. Use AI to organize your thinking and prepare better questions for real conversations.
Example project: a one-page idea brief and a plan for testing interest.
STARTING A BUSINESS
Explain what you sell.
Write an offer that explains who you help, what you do, and how to buy. Use AI to draft website copy or follow-up emails, then edit them to sound like you.
Example project: an offer page and follow-up email templates.
RUNNING & GROWING
Spend less time repeating yourself.
Choose a recurring task, such as turning meeting notes into a client follow-up. Set up a process you can reuse and learn what to check before sending the result.
Example project: a reusable follow-up process with written instructions.
These are examples to start a conversation. We agree on the work, deliverables, timing, and price before a project begins.
PRACTICAL AI, IN PLAIN ENGLISH
Learn it with your own work.
Bring a draft, a set of notes, or a task that takes too long. We’ll use it to walk through what AI can do and where it needs your judgment.
You know your customers and your business. We’ll check the output against that knowledge, correct mistakes, and revise the parts that don’t sound like you.
You’ll have instructions for repeating the process on your own.

Before we start
Do I need to know how to use AI?
No. We can start with a task you already understand and walk through the tools in plain language.
Can I ask for business help without an AI project?
Yes. Start with your business question. AI is one possible tool; we’ll choose an approach that fits the work.
Is this included in the Social Club?
No. The Social Club is free to join, with selected events ticketed separately. Business services have their own agreed scope and price. Buying a service is never required to participate in the community.
Do I need to wait for the workspace to open?
No. You can ask about business and AI help now. The physical membership workspace is a separate project still in development.
